If you are suffering any sort of crisis in life such as job loss, adult bullying, bereavement, divorce or similar traumatic event, I am here to help you get through it. I am a qualified life coach and counselor and after living through traumatic life events myself, I wanted to help others to learn how to cope when things don't go to plan and how to get your life back on track. I primarily work with helping people lift their self esteem and build confidence using a variety of techniques taken from NLP, CBT and more. I have been helping people since 2005, although I previously worked with children and young adults. My new company focuses on preventing severe mental trauma by empowering people in crisis, especially those people who find it tough to ask for help.
