We are a group of multidisciplinary researchers with a shared passion for helping organisations to achieve their aspirations. Our mission is to give voice to all and draw on this shared experience to illuminate and inspire a path forward. We develop bespoke solutions in true partnership with our clients. Every solution we create is unique and driven by the memories, experiences, and aspirations of all key stakeholders (both internal and external to an organisation).Our speciality is cultural discovery and transformation. We approach this by moving away from debates about what culture IS and towards what culture DOES. This approach makes organisational culture work immensely practical and powerful. We consider culture as the flow of ‘affect' between people, technologies, and other objects in an organisation. Under our approach, culture is dynamic, timeless, and distributed. We use a combination of micro and macro thinking to conceptualise culture and identify levers for positive change.
