The Dark Horse Advocacy Details
The Dark Horse Advocacy is a dedicated nonprofit homeless and reentry advocacy. It's mission is to provide advocacy services for the homeless and potentially homeless populations residing in the South Puget Sound region of Washington State. This includes anyone who is presently or formerly incarcerated and currently preparing to return to, or currently returning to free society and who is currently or will be facing homelessness upon release. Services include, but are not limited to, supporting client sobriety; supporting clients in achieving adequate housing; supporting clients in acquiring an adequate, legal and honest income stream; guiding clients in planning a pathway away from and/or out of homelessness; providing clients with assistance acquiring services; providing clients with a societal voice; and providing consistent moral and mentoring support on their pathway to self-sufficiency.
