The Darkest Hours is a Dark Alternative variety show showcasing the best of the Dark Alternative world. The host, Darkest Jack, is combination of a Zackerley, Elvira, Sigmund, and Crypt Keeper type of character. The fiends that live in The Mansion (zombies, skeletons, vampires...) also join this bizarre show. The Darkest Hours features: music, movies, artists pieces, literature, interviews, undead performances, and other art forms. All this is stitched together by commentary, sketches, and noose. Think talk show meets sketch show meets Halloween. We strive to showcase the artists that lurk in the darkness. Even with our ever darkening world and pop culture, for some reason the amazingly talented artists of the Dark Alternative scene remain hidden. We at The Darkest Hours hope to change that, and help give these artists a chance at the recognition that they so richly deserve. A chance to darken the lime light as it were. Darkest Radio is an off shoot of the TV show that focuses on the music side of things. It's hosted by Darkest Jack and airs live every Sunday from 9-11pm PST on our web site. After the original air date the show then becomes a podcast that can be listened to or downloaded via our blog.
