The Delivery Business (TDB) was born in January 2012 through the coming together of 2 successful companies, Burgess Logistic Solutions (UK) Ltd, and Fields Delivery Co LLP.We operate a 1 hub solution from the centre of the country close to junction 26 of the M1. Our DC provides an ideal base close to the main road network and allows easy access to the four corners of the UK. By operating a 1 hub solution we also minimize the handling of our clients products, leading to an exceptionally low damage rate compared to other carriers.Specialist areas;Road Haulage - We currently run over 40 articulated vehicles across the UK. Contract and back load rates are available and competitively priced.Same day / Next day Courier - Our vehicles include small vans, XLWB Vans, Luton's, 7.5T boxes and curtains, 18T boxes and curtains.2 Man home delivery - From door step drop to a full white glove service, TDB offer a full range of additional services through our specialist Home Delivery Co brand. Please contact us for our full range of services.Retail Distribution - TDB can provide a complete fulfilment service for your products through our warehousing and retail distribution network. We currently run a fleet of 18T wagon and drag, drop boxes across the UK.Warehousing - Our main DC is 120,000ft2 with cross dock capability. With 35 internal loading docks and fully racked, our warehouse can showcase your products within a professional and secure environment.
