Nonprofit Organization Management - Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
The Dignity Campaign exists to empower, educate, and equip young people and impact communities. We focus on training Facilitators in communities throughout South Africa, equipping them with the curriculum, tools, and resources to run effective programming for the youth in their communities. Our programs consist of a Dignity Day for girls (covering the topics of identity, belonging, purpose, puberty, feminine hygience, and menstrual management), a 12-week Cherish Dignity life skills program (covering the topics of identity, belonging, purpose, human trafficking, relationships, sex, HIV/AIDS, making good choices, sisterhood, and leadership), and the Dare to be Different program for boys (covering the topics of identity, belonging, purpose, manhood, relationships, sex, and pornography). By training and empowering women and men in communities with programs and tools to effectively reach their youth, the impact is both exponential and sustainable.
