WHAT IS NIL? NIL allows college athletes to receive compensation through sponsorship and endorsement deals using their NIL (Name, image, and likeness). This means businesses that historically didn't have access to athlete sponsorship or endorsement marketing can now participate. THE BENEFITS For Student-Athletes: The Dubs Group's approach allows students to focus on their studies and sports, while still making money through marketing deals.
