Hi, my name is Sue Gregory and I am the creator of The Emerald Approach.I am a Reiki Master-Teacher, spiritual mentor and meditation facilitator; my passion is helping women who, at times, are tired of the demands on them whether from others, their work or life in general and feeling there's never enough time or energy for themselves. You may well recall times when you have felt exhausted or overwhelmed and perhaps, you can also recall times when, in amongst all of the everything else, you lost sight of YOU and your needs. Ask yourself if this is still the case. Have you inadvertently become more of who you think other people need you to be rather than being YOU?Or perhaps you have woken up thinking "what now?", carrying a sense that there must be more to life, wondering if there is something missing. I know I did.It is so easy to lose our sense of "being me", to become wrapped up in the busy hustle and bustle of life and forget to check in with ourselves, our own energy and inner knowing.Like most people my background has been varied, a rich tapestry of learnings you might say! My journey led me to begin exploring Reiki in 2004. At the time it felt a world away from the Corporate life I'd been living on a daily basis. As I've followed this path, learning more and more about Energy work, I've come to realise just how much easier, peaceful and balanced life is when I'm working with and within energy rather than pushing against it. I now know, that by taking time to allow myself to tune in and listen from within, I have greater clarity and peace of mind which means I achieve so much more without the mental and emotion turmoil.And, I know that this is possible for you.
