Camp Empowerment, a non-profit camp for kids in Harlem, prioritizes cultural, mental, and physical development. We accomplish this through private tutoring, teaching kids how to code, and trips to museums and parks. Camp Empowerment gives Harlem kids healthy living techniques and technical skills to become positive members in their communities. The goal at Camp Empowerment is to help the community create a generation of healthy and academically empowered students. The children in Harlem need to learn how to become leaders of their generation and we plan on teaching them this lesson through Camp Empowerment.
