Run a range of hands-on, fun classes for adults, including Introduction to bread making, Italian Breads and Sourdough Breads. Small class sizes, detailed notes and a free dough scraper provided for all attendees, plus lunch on the day. Support for potential new microbakery owners through running the Bread Angels course, for those considering establishing their own bakery from home. Committed to supporting communities to access better bread, by running free demonstrations at events and meetings. Also sell fresh breads at the monthly Epsom Farmers Market.
