Nonprofit Organization Management - Rocklin, California, United States
There are incredible barriers to success for many people. The Eternity Challenge seeks to provide comprehensive programs, services and resources to help clients recover and achieve the full life God promised. This often includes housing, food, clothing, transportation, employment as well as programs. This necessarily is a long term campaign requiring life assessment and planning. The Eternity Challenge seeks to fund programs three ways: business profits, contributions and grants. Business profits remain the largest source of revenue funding programs. In Just 18 months, The Eternity Challenge, and it's associated businesses, have grown to 170 full time employees with over 27 full time employees focusing exclusively on ministry and programs. The Eternity Challenge now employs over 50 ex-offenders, 15 veterans and many people recovering from addiction. The Eternity Challenge now delivers an average of over 110 hours of venues including Placer County Jail, Old Folsom Prison, Folsom Prison for Women, Teen Challenge, The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI), Restoration House and a number of local churches.
