We are The Executive Office of East Africa (EA360). We offer a systematic approach to organisational development, through radical learning & development experiences and coaching. We are unique because we bring together multiple different disciplines in order to support our customers in an all inclusive broad manner. We want to create a platform that allows for personal obligation, empowerment to work, and confidence in the cause. Our key purpose is to facilitate change. What this change looks like, is personal. It is specific to our clients. We identify and fill gaps. We then provide a framework for Radical Organisational Change. Some of our tools include; Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Gamification, Experiential Learning, Strategy & Business Development, Ideation sessions and Emotional Intelligence Development. At EA360 we pride ourselves on our work with the individual as well as with the company as a whole. We work with the individual to build self confidence and assist in creating a technical skill toolbox. We do this by taking you through motivational processes of understanding your personal and professional self.
