The ‘rural challenges' form the theme of our collective. With the creation of a cooperative we aim, as young entrepreneurs, to contribute in a sustainable way to the development of the estate Domínio Vale do Mondego and the whole Mondego Valley. In doing so we are guided by a couple of profound ambitions, that is: a full transition to renewable energies, to actively combat the loss of biodiversity, to create awareness of present and future global challenges, sharing that knowledge with the local community and stimulating community supported action, to build an expert centre on sustainability, biodiversity, sustainable agriculture, personal development and global and local leadership, and, finally, the implementation of that expertise in rural areas, just like our own. These objectives are united within a company that uses profits and growth to expand its impact. What matters is that we shape our lives in a sustainable way; to nature, man, and ourselves. Living a live in which we enjoy on a daily basis of what natures offers us, while making sure that we can do so tomorrow too.
