The First Tee of Greater Austin (TFTGA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit youth development organization dedicated to providing young people with educational programs to build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.In 2013-14, the Greater Austin Chapter served more than 9,000 kids in the Austin community at the Harvey Penick Golf Campus, primarily through its after-school program, summer camps or the National School Program (NSP) which brings The First Tee curriculum, 9 Core Values and 9 Healthy Habits, into 15 area elementary and middle schools. The First Tee of Greater Austin hosts most of their programming at their own facility the Harvey Penick Golf Campus but also hosts programming at Falconhead G.C., Onion Creek C.C. and Mr. Tee's Driving Range.
