The Frances Chang Foundation's mission is to help support initiatives furthering environmental conservation and awareness, social and economic equality, mental and physical health, and animal welfare and preservation. Our resources will be mainly focused on small-scale, grass-roots operations that often fall outside the scope of benefits from major charitable foundations, but commonly are those most in-need of funds and positioned to make the fastest and largest impact. This foundation aims to continue, through action, the legacy of positive change and love in the spirit of Frances' memory and her embodiment of being the change you wish to see in the world.
