Our mission is to help companies get the most out of IT sourcing solutions, including comprehensive needs-assessments, partner/vendor evaluation, contract administration and negotiation, implementation, and reporting. Our consultants have years of real-world experience in the sourcing world, often as sourcing customers, sourcing providers, and sourcing consultants. Our philosophy is simple: there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the needs of our clients. Checklists and standardized sourcing methodologies, while useful, cannot deliver the full benefit of a harmonized sourcing solution. A good solution must also address those issues and opportunities that are unique to every client. There is no substitute for judgment and experience.
