The Gifted supports young people to unlock their gifts and create brighter futures for themselves.Through creative projects and participatory workshops The Gifted enables young people to develop transferable skills while supporting their emotional and mental wellbeing and helping them move forward positively at key stages in their lives gaining creative, entrepreneurial and leadership skills within an enabling framework of positivity and care.Since 2013 we've worked with over 4500 young people. Our beneficiaries have experienced disadvantage and as a result they may have low aspirations and are likely have low educational attainment. The young people we work with are at greater risk of being left behind educationally, or have been left behind.Young people are at the heart and soul of what we do. We work with young people to create solutions to the issues that they face in a relevant way. The young people themselves have expressed a clear need for our services stating how it has a real impact on their lives - developing their self esteem, transferable and technical skills, improving mental health, gaining practical work experience, enabling them to contribute to their community and feel valued.If you would like to support our work, please contact us.
