TGELF identifies and nurtures young people with potential to be great leaders: those with strong leadership skills, ethics, altruism and decisive action (LEAD). TGELF's curriculum, which focuses on the often-overlooked pillars of ethics and altruism, reaches 2.5M children in thousands of schools across 14 countries, and growing rapidly.Imagine a ship with a hole in the hull and water gushing through – the crew frantically scoops out the water, but no one tries to plug the hole.
