The Global Research Enterprise Foundation supports governmental and quasi-governmental agencies (such as the National Science Foundation and the National Academies), non-governmental organizations (NGO's), institutions of higher education worldwide, international organizations (such as the United Nations Organization and the World Bank), other not-for-profit organizations, and the general public by promoting and fostering a global research enterprise; by conducting research and education on the global research enterprise; by developing and offering training programs on building and supporting the research and higher education enterprise; writing, designing, and publishing instructional materials; presenting lectures, teaching workshops, and consulting on a broad range of topics of special interest to institutions of higher education and the global research enterprise.
