"The Gluten Free Consumer" is a 16 page magazine that is stuffed full of reviews and coupons. It is published in Provo, Utah, and is a great resource for anyone living a gluten free diet. The idea of the magazine came about when the owner, Chaton Fife, had a problem. She has Celiac Disease. She wanted to try new foods and products. However, the idea of spending money on gluten free products just to try them made her leery. She did not want to waste money on products that she did not like. She went and looked around for a review magazine, but couldn't find one. She thought of searching for product review online, but it ended up not being a very productive use of time. It was out of her frustration and determination to find a solution that "The Gluten Free Consumer" was created. Now she helps other living on a gluten free diet by helping them create wholesome and great tasting relationships with the food they eat.
