Whether you are a weekend warrior or a thoroughbred, we will implement a training plan helps your achieve your goals on and off the course!SwingFit Training Series:Please join us for an amazing training program that will allow you to achieve your goals for the year ahead. Join some of your golfing peers to develop great relationships on and off the golf course while enduring a 4-week training session. This series will include an introduction of how we utilize fitness and biomechanics to customize a workout program focused around bettering your golf game. This program will apply functional movement patterns in order to make your golf swing more efficient! -(4) 90 minute sessions throughout the month to include: -Strength training specific to your needs as it relates to your golf swing-Drills to improve stability and rotation -Mobilization training to limit soreness and improve range of motion -(4) 60 minute sessions to "Focus" on your weaknesses (both body and swing)/Makeup for absences**-Initial body screening provided by our team Physical Therapist Danny Laughlin -Weekly homework assigned via video - Separate body and swing homework-Access to the Members ONLY section of the website-Access to online Vault (Includes drills, personal progression folders, as well as weekly homework) -Video analysis of golf swing-Top Golf Event Networking/completions at end of the month-Comprehensive fitness and golf practice planning available for an additional fee*
