Through a process of 'Undoing. Doing. Redoing,' the Grey Space approaches mental wellbeing from a preventative standpoint, with a proactive focus on flexibility, adaptability and resilience. Using an evidence-based approach grounded in cognitive behavioural coaching, I encourage a psychophysiological mind-body approach to managing anxiety, worry and physiological responses to stress. My emphasis is on equipping your employees with the practical tools they require to manage their stress responses before they reach the 'grey space' – the edge of burnout or the area in which the boundaries between coaching and therapy blur. It is far easier and less costly to prevent a stress-related issue from developing than it is to undo the damage it can cause.
