Grihasthi is an organisation that takes an avant-garde approach to solve an age-old problem, the class divide. At the core of our ideology lies the belief that people aren't poor because of their birth or ability, but because they've been denied the same resources, the same opportunities, and the same experiences that those born to good families take granted. Grihasthi hopes to work at the grassroots level to rectify the problem of institutionalised poverty to eradicate the class divide. The only way to do so, we believe, is for those with the resources given to them by the accident of birth, those in the well off socio-economic sphere of society to contribute to help those not as fortunate as them. Grihasthi is working in tandem with industry professionals, doctors, educators, and bureaucrats to best serve the populace of this nation to make this nation the utopia we know it can be.
