The Grit Factor strives to highlight the power of people in the face of adversity. We not only endeavor to discover what drives people to persevere in challenging circumstances, but to develop this sense of grit in individuals all over the world.We aim to achieve this through a two-step vision. Firstly, to determine how and why people are resilient in the face of adversity. Secondly, to use this knowledge to instill the ability in individuals to persevere through difficult circumstances. The Grit Factor will instill the drive to stay steadfast in the midst of challenges presented by the increasingly uncertain world in which we live.
