At The Gym, members will be provided with expert functional movement coaching and education, in addition to professional programming that can be tweaked to fit the needs of all fitness levels. We are heavily technique focused to ensure our members get the most benefit out of their training. We believe that functional style movement done correctly will improve the health of your cardio vascular, nervous, respiratory and digestive systems and is highly beneficial for the musculosketal system which is made up of the skeleton, muscles, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other connective tissue. We have a selection of class options so that we can accommodate the beginner to the more advanced mover. Whilst we teach the art of movement and a variety of more technical skills all our classes are a heap of fun.
