Prior to founding The Haba Law Firm, Adam A. Haba served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, Florida, prosecuting misdemeanor, traffic, felony and juvenile offenses. As a State prosecutor, Mr. Haba successfully tried numerous criminal jury trials. Following his time with the State, he dedicated his practice to residential and commercial foreclosure, loan modification counseling, and criminal defense. Mr. Haba also has experience as an insurance defense litigator, representing corporate clients in a wide range of premise liability, personal injury and negligence cases, and has worked with insurance carriers to investigate fraudulent claims and misrepresentation. Mr. Haba received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law. Mr. Haba served as an intern for the White House, United States Senate, Canadian House of Commons, Michigan Attorney General, and Wayne County Prosecutor's office in Detroit, Michigan. He is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Knights of Columbus. He is also actively involved with the community as a Youth Soccer Coach in Seminole County and the Boy Scouts of America as a past Eagle Scout. Mr. Haba is admitted to practice before all courts in the states of Florida and Michigan, as well as, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
