Welcome to a new way of job searching and recruiting. The Hire Club is a matchmaking service that introduces job seekers to hiring agents. We host local events for specific hiring needs and afford the benefit of meeting candidates. The events are specific to a certain positon or area of expertise so that hiring agents can attend one event and meet at least a dozen pre-screened candidates for the positions(s) they need filled. For example, if you are a technical recruiter, you would attend an event for technical recruiting. Recruiters are strongly urged to request events for positions they need filled so we can schedule events that directly benefit YOU.The events also have a system where recruiters will be urged to provide feedback about candidates so that inappropriate candidates aren't invited to future events. Be advised that we are in our beginning phase of construction and things are a bit messy right now.
