By bringing the Individual and their Chosen Advocate into roles as the true key participants in the individuals support team, where they will have a say in matters of services and input on administrative actions, helps assure the safety and well-being of the person receiving services while also assuring to keep their best interests at all times and in all situations. MISSION: HopeLink's mission is to support people with developmental disabilities or other physical/mental challenges through developing and maintaining family and community connections to help them reach their fullest potential. HopeLink is committed to providing positive resources and information to families, while promoting a competent level of awareness and understanding to all employees.
