The Hotel Room Exchange Club™ platform works on a direct contact basis. As a Member of the HRE Club, you will have access to our online database to search and select a property from our Membership List that you want to exchange with. We facilitate your email direct to the Manager to make an exchange. Once contact is made, you are free to customise your request and your stay with whatever elements of your exchange you would like to determine, like shuttle pickups, breakfast or other meals, conference facilities use, etc.Our Membership Plus option make our club members eligible (subject to approval by our resort exchange partner DAE (Dial an Exchange) to utilise all the DAE resort destinations around the world.
