THE HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) was created with the growing demands of Executive Leaders in small to medium sized businesses requiring Human Resources support and guidance. Principal consultant and founder, Nina Azzopardi partners with Executive Teams to create dynamic, collaborative and values based cultures for growth, agility and profit. Her extensive experience within multi-national corporates in leadership roles (predominantly supporting CFO's and CEO's) spans across Mining, FMCG, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Oil, Telecommunications and Sales and Distribution. She is Master's qualified (Organisation Dynamics), has a Graduate Diploma (Organisation Behaviour) and a Bachelor of Business (HR Management and Marketing). Nina has not for profit board experience and is a trained and practising suicide prevention counsellor.
