The HRO Council arose out of a recognized need to make High-Reliability feasible. Given the current landscape of budget cuts and increased demands, feasibility is only possible through maximizing return on investment (ROI) for healthcare facilities. HRO feasibility and maximized ROI on a micro level is what will enable HRO ubiquity – the goal of our collaborative efforts.Our Robust Process Improvement Tools (RPI tools), used to reduce task saturation, and Education on HRO have already proven to increase Reliability, maximize ROI, and enable fractal-like transformation at healthcare facilities across the nation.
