We are The Human Hive - a CIC working with individuals and organisations to make a more welcoming, inclusive and sustainable world. We train, support and resource change makers to find solutions to local and global problems WITH, not FOR each other. We believe that real change happens when you supercharge the power of people to help themselves, giving them:* tools to rebuild psychological and emotional Safety;* connections to others to feel a sense of Belonging;* access to meaningful opportunities to regain Purpose. By bringing people together who would never normally meet, we forge links across communities and build skills through shared learning experiences. Our members grow by supporting others to grow alongside them.We work with people actively working to make a difference in Education, Organisations and Activism and work with schools, universities, community groups, businesses, NGOs and public services, volunteering organisations and the general public - any organisation or endeavour wishing to work collaboratively to support people and planet.We do: life changing education through our Human Hive Education model; human-centred training programmes; and social, community and crisis response projects.
