In October '08, just as the recession started, we set out to build a company that would be a hub of creativity, a fountainhead of ideas but more importantly have a shared sense of values that would respect and nurture everyone who was embarking with us on our journey. Since then, we have stunned the world with ‘ Raaz Pichle Janam Ka', clearly seen as experts in casting for the reality space, done events that have created an impact and finally school contact programs that have reached out to over 4000 schools across India. We have also produced the Deccan chargers T-20 sports quiz. Here we did the school contact across 9 cities and 300 schools, conducted the city finals and finally produced the televison program. Equally satisfying has been the work we have done with children in building Emotional Intelligence. Through workshops, sessions in schools and programs built around the school curriculum that will empower children to create a better society and world. We believe that we have built an organization and culture, where everyone looks forward to coming to work. To challenge and be challenged, to fight and have fun and in recognizing that good is often the enemy of the great. That standards have to be set by us, that ideas have to be continuously reinvented and that true partnership with each other and our client is the only path to success. We celebrate each other's successes, support each other in bad times and encourage each other to dream bigger and fly higher.
