Tii builds relationships to provide passive investment opportunities in real estate, from new construction to development projects, and short-term, fix and flip deals. We've been in business since 2014 and started by flipping houses and managing rental properties. After completing about 100+ deals, the company added a new construction wing into their business, building between 25-30 homes per year in the sub-$500k price point. Our vision is to create enough opportunities to provide 1000 housing units in the next 5 years.Tii is made up of a small, but mighty team.
