At the heart of every improv scene is the exchange of ideas and imagination between performers. That's an interchange. An improv scene is a constant flow of new ideas coming from new perspectives and going to form something unique and beautiful on stage. Interchange also holds special meaning in the journey of our story from the early days, performing shows out of a garage, to our current home, and the people who have joined our community from near and far. Interchange tells the story of people who have traversed unique paths in their lives to arrive here in order to exchange their new ideas and work together to build something amazing. Interchange also captures the physical location of the theater, right next to the famous Marquette Interchange. Located in the heart of Milwaukee, our theater is a central hub for the improv community and welcomes all performers ready to make the next move.
