The Irish Gift, Inc (TIG) is a presentation of the East Galway Irish Music Tradition (EGIMT), its Cultivation, Folklore and Influence.I have a great respect for the values and traditions of the bygone days of Ireland. As we all search for different ways to cultivate more meaningful connections in our lives, I find myself remembering my childhood days, listening to the stories told by daddy and by my music teacher Eddie Kelly. In a time where we are drawn to feel more grounded and grateful in life, I find great solace and wisdom in those stories told during the music lessons. And they changed me. The Irish Gift, Inc is my way of living life through a heart of appreciation and gratitude. It brings purpose and meaning to my everyday life. I love to teach about the East Galway Irish Music Tradition because some of my happiest memories are centered around the music. I get to re-live those memories and share the beauty and magic of the music with others. I feel passionate that learning this music will change others lives just as it changed mine and I am inspired every day to teach this way of life to as many people as possible.
