We are an organization that is enabling community members to crowd fund community development projects in exchange for ownership stakes in those projects. Our focus will be at least threefold: The first is human flourishing, re-circulating wealth within our organization which is effectively, a growing community of forward thinking individuals. The second is real estate investment and development especially in under-resourced and under-developed communities. The third is through business oriented seed investments and resourcing for organizations within said communities. The five pillars of the Isaiah Project address these three approaches to personal and community development. For us, it's not just about re-circulating wealth and empowerment. It's about re-circulating prosperity, which we believe starts in the hearts and minds of people before it translates to their hands and feet. As a public benefit corporation, we aren't just focused on profit, though it is important for solvency and growth, we're focused on ways we can transform communities.
