As a mother, business woman and more, Crystal understands how overwhelming life can be. Through her own struggles with anxiety and grief, Crystal has found her passion in helping others overcome obstacles in order to move forward in their personal and professional lives. She started her business, The Journey . . . Back to Me, to help others become clear about who they are, where they want to be and how to get there through self love products and services. As a graduate of Franklin University where she earned a degree in Human Resource Management, Crystal has spent many years recruiting and developing talent in the corporate environment. In addition to her company, Crystal is the Vice President of "Let's Get Healthy Cleveland ", where she is responsible for producing programs that educate the community on epidemics and disparities in health awareness.Crystal offers a wide range of programs and services from individual coaching, group sessions and seminars.
