The JRD Group has a 30 year history, commencing with the incorporation of JRD Communications Pty Ltd in 1982, and more recently seeing the acquisition of Radio Systems Technologies Pty Ltd.The Group has developed from a provider of land mobile radio products to provide a wide range of services.We have a philsophy of "Setting The Standard" for service in our areas of interest, and have a history of committment not only to our clients, but to the wider community, through our involvement in Public Safety, and Education and Training.The JRD Group has achieved recognition for "Setting The Standard" for support, providing 24/7 emergency support for critical clients involved in Public Safety, Emergency Services and the Resource Sector.Our preparedness allows us to quicky deploy specialist personnel to respond to most situations, and a high stock level of critical components allows us to ensure rapid service restoration.Standard telephone support is available during normal business hours, 8.30AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday (except public holidays) by calling +61 3 9543 3811.Outside hours support, including public holidays is available under a Support Agreement with contact details provided at time of contract.Individual company support arrangements are detailed where applicable on their dedicated websites.
