The Kaspia Group, Inc. ("KGI") is a Nevada C corporation headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. KGI is a low-cost provider and developer of high-quality multifamily and single-family housing communities, specifically designed and built for the Southwestern and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Through its subsidiaries, KGI finances, develops, builds and owns low-to-moderate income apartments. KGI has uniquely positioned itself to utilize non-traditional financing mechanisms, enabling it to supply homes in a significantly underserved market: rural communities. More importantly, KGI has developed a proprietary (soon to be patented) modular manufacturing technology. It builds and ships modules for multifamily and single-family housing from its southern Colorado factory, shipping the multistory modular buildings over highways for assembly at the construction site.KGI revenue and profit are derived from rental income, developer fees and from the sales of its housing communities to other developers and operators of rental housing.
