Our expertise is in improving the skills and strategies of experienced selling teams of high-end technology-based products and services. Our clients' relationship managers, sales executives, and account managers typically have multi-million-dollar sales objectives and need to sell differentiated value in a highly competitive environment. They often sell with the assistance of subject matter experts. Sales executives often have to create their own new business opportunities and the account managers usually have client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth objectives.Our classes can all be conducted on-site or online. We use a "flipped classroom" approach where much of the "what" and "why" of a class topic is handled online, so you can go at you own pace, and so we can focus on real-world application of the concepts in our virtual or onsite classroom.Our coaching sessions are both group and one-on-one. They can be for skill development or situational (client or prospect strategy). Our consulting projects are all custom and tend support coaching or training initiatives.
