The Lambert Club works with forward-thinking businesses who have (or would like to have) a client base of HNW & UHNW individuals. Our ultimate goal is to layer on top of their existing client experience and bolster it in any way we can, in order to help meet their business objectives. For most of our clients this tends to be focused around loyalty and client retention and for some, client acquisition when venturing into new territories. It is important to us that everything we do is rooted in authenticity and evokes an emotion - and this is usually the starting point for any project. We examine the brand, strategy and story and consider how this should and can translate across a customer experience and how we can instill the appropriate emotion in the customer at particular touch-points with the brand. This can be anything from the texture and smell of the packaging, to an immersive experience with a top chef or an off-the-beaten path trip to "meet the makers".The kinds of businesses we work with, and the way in which we work with them varies greatly, and we have experience of working with film & media firms, investment firms, private families and fashion & high jewellery brands. With client service delivery at the heart of what we do, we hope to keep diversifying our already fascinating portfolio of clients.
