The Last Crumb is a boutique bakery that services both retail and wholesale customers. Combining a passion for a clean and sustainable food system with a longing for nostalgic baked goods of the mid 20th century, The Last Crumb produces a line of delicious, all natural and mostly organic Cupcakes, Cookies, Crumb Cakes, Breads and Muffins, as well as Vegan and Gluten Free options. The Last Crumb products present a modern take on a time when bakeries made everything from scratch, and there were only natural ingredients on hand.The Last Crumb began its journey In 2010 as The Great Cupcake Company, a custom cupcake bakery, and later a retail shop. The shop was subsequently closed in July of 2012 to focus efforts on catering, wholesale, and custom baking – moving more toward a boutique bakery model – and thus beginning the transition into what is now The Last Crumb. With this transition Pastry Chef Steve Woodruff continues to develop new products and bring back the nostalgia of those old independent bakeries, while sourcing only the best quality Natural and Organic Ingredients.
