Our mission here at The Lighthouse for Equitable Access and Practices (LEAP) Institute is to actively address the disparity of behavior support services for diverse populations facing vulnerability and isolation. We aim to proactively support diverse practitioner growth by removing financial barriers impeding BIPOC, non-BIPOC, LGBTQ, and neurodiverse applicants seeking entry into the behavior analytic field and ensure equitable access to supervision, mentorship, and community through scholarships and grants. Professionals interested in becoming a member of LEAP can do so through our Patreon site.
