The Left Bench is a sports website that covers all sports from professional, to college, to high school recruiting. It specializes in the coverage of high school recruits as they look for where they will attend school. The Left Bench employs a staff of 20 writers, 4 editors and a graphic designer. The Left Bench was launched in November of 2013 and in November of 2014 it won the Baltimore Sun Award for Best College Sports Blog, and it came in second for the award for Best Professional Sports Blog. In March of 2015 The Left Bench became The Left Bench LLC when it partnered with Rabble.tv and other advertisers in order to generate income. The Left Bench now has a partnership with three other publications, one other sports website and an advertising distributer.
