Life Bistrot is an Organic Plant Based Restaurant with Smart Technology, opened on May 2018. The case wanted us to realize it in Tuscany - Italy, on a 3700-years-old transparent Archaeological Floor, with many Etruscan Ruins. Food is by weight, the weight is calculated with touch screen scales, table service is managed with smart cards and a mobile application."Our food buffet have more departments, one for hot food, one of cold food, one for bakery, one for pizza and one for pastry. Guests freely make their own dish, choosing for type and quantity of food they prefer. At the end of the buffet there are two scales that "weight" the food. With a special smart card food was automatically added to the users. Buffet are constantly replenished, there are always different and tasty recipes. Guests can came back to the buffet several times to take more and new food. Cards keep track of the various weights and progressively make up the respective account."
