The LIT (Learn.Invest.Transform) Network is the first ever women of color (multicultural) young professional network of emerging leaders nationally. We help women of color achieve greater authenticity, inclusivity, and mobility in the workplace. We help women of color gain the right tools, information, resources to not only navigate but take their personal and professionals lives to a whole new level. Our vision is to live in a world where there are more WOC CEOs, more WOC represented in C-Suites, more WOC managers, and more WOC entrepreneurs. We believe that WOC are LIT and we are here to change the status quo!
