2013 - 2016It's with a heavy heart that after 3 years of operation we announce the closure of TLO.TLO was a unique place to work, thanks to a boss who inspired his team by making them all shareholders and therefore collectively responsible for their own success or failure.In creating an employee owned and jointly managed operation, TLO could be run by the creativity of the developers and artists who all had an invested interest in doing the best job they could.I don't think I will ever work at another company where employees will put in so much effort.
