The Local Lab is a Locals Journal and Creative Agency with the aim of promoting small businesses around Australia. It born from the concept that anywhere you visit should become your local for the weekend and should come with the disclaimer 'you'll end up wanting to live there...' The Local's Journal talks to people from all around the country, learning about their favourite local businesses and what makes them great as well as compiling singular written pieces on places that the team themselves love. The Journal brings together content from bars to beaches. The Lab is a Creative Agency, offering a range of services for companies and small businesses to engage for the sake of branding and marketing. The Local Shop [coming soon] will consist of a collective of collaborations between The Local Lab and Australian artisans and businesses. Products will be designed to promote positive mental health and a percentage of profits will be put back into the community to help those who are in a time of desperate need.
