We were grievers long before we were leaders. And, after understanding the importance of bringing your whole self to work in an inclusive workplace I set out on a mission to bring education, tools and practices to Organizational Leaders so they can live their organtizations values.Today, I work with Organizations, teams & their leaders on creating grief inclusive environments, I also continue my work with individuals who struggle to resolve the pain associated with grief.
